This is the template that is required to be used for your Jutsu’s.
Take note of the following
E-Rank jutsu are the general skills every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The students are expected to know these skills before graduating to Genin. The following techniques can be omitted from your technique list as these are the basic techniques every ninja can utilize.
D-Rank jutsu are Genin-level techniques. These skills will make up most of a Genin's arsenal.
C-Rank jutsu are Chuunin-level techniques. Some Genin will have one to two skills at this level, serving as their "trump cards" to pass the Chuunin Exams.
B-Rank jutsu are Jounin-level techniques. Chuunin and Special Jounin are able to utilize most jutsu at this level.
A-Rank jutsu are Jounin-level and forbidden techniques. Some Jounin will develop their own unique jutsu from this level to serve as their "trump card" but these are mainly known to Kage-level ninja.
S-Rank jutsu are the generally forbidden or secret techniques known only to one ninja.
Genin: 8 Jutsu Total - Maximum of 8-D Rank, 5-C Rank, 3-B Rank, 2-A Rank, 0-S Rank
Chunin: 16 Jutsu Total - Maximum of 16-D Rank, 10-C Rank, 6-B Rank, 4-A Rank, 1-S Rank
Jounin: 32 Jutsu Total - Maximum of 32-D Rank, 24-C Rank, 16-B Rank, 8-A Rank, 3-S Rank
Kage: 48 Jutsu Total - Maximum of 48-D Rank, 36-C Rank, 24-B Rank, 14-A Rank, 6-S Rank
Should you want more then the free jutsu given to you, you must train them. This includes if you want more of a particular rank also. Training is very simple and we ask that you train your jutsu in a post bellow your jutsu, this way the mods don't have to go looking to hard for your training topic. Once you have trained and been approved please post the jutsu into your original topic.

Description:
Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.
