Appearance:
Akuhei is one of the most youngest Kages that have ever took charge in Sunagakure and his appearance is one of the main things that show it. Akuhei skin is a light skinned color; His skin is very soft, making it look like he has never matured yet and that is the reason why most people in the village do not take him seriously. Two other things that have made him so obvious to be spotted as a young Kage is his dark baby blue eyes, and his blonde messy spiky blue hair with bangs that drop down past his eyes and ends at his nose. Akuhei hair would always stay messy because when he was younger as a kid he would always forget to brush or comb his hair and now it has became something he has adapted to which is not combing his hair. When Akuhei is seen walking around the village or in his office, he always has a smile on his face to never make the shinobi and citizens of the village become angry.
As a kid, Akuhei face and hair features stayed the same but the way he dressed changed because of his emotion switch. When Akuhei was young as a kid, he was spaced out from all other shinobi and only worked with his puppets which was why he wore black eye liner that circled around his eyes, and black finger nail polish. He also wore a black hoodie, and ripped jeans with a chain belt that was stained with red paint to attempt and make it seem as if it was blood. Akuhei had did this to make sure no one would be brave enough to step foot near him. All of his childhood he wore and acted like this.
Around Jounin and Kage after he learned that their was happiness in the world, he changed his outfit to a black and white robe with a collar that reached up far enough to cover his whole neck. This robe was similar to a jacket but was misnamed a robe because of how long it was; It came down all the way to his feet. Under the robe was a

History: (Self explanatory. However the requirement of each desired rank are as followed. Genin must have a minimum 400 words explaining early life to academy to Genin. Chuunin need a minimum 750 words. Jounin require a minimum 1500 words. And kage/S-rank require a minimum of 2000 words. Do your best. The Admins and moderators want to know everything they can about your character.
