Kumori is unlike most other shinobi. He wears a black but with an open blazer, no tie, and silver shirt. His long black hair is as soft as silk and is noted to look like lightning is running through it in the heat of battle. On his back he has a large black leather holster that holds all of his sword parts. In the very centre of all the parts is the main blade, surrounded by the others. He can use any part in various situations. And also can use the blades for other purposes (Jutsus).
A unique trait of Kumori is the soft black fluffy tail he has and the black fox ears. thile the ears replace his human ears and are in the same position as a normal foxes ears, the tail has special properties that were given when the tail formed. When aggravated the tail discharges a noticeable amount of electricity. And while using lightning based jutsu, the tail begins to change from a pure black, to a yellow with black tip. The change between the colours is gradual. Almost looks light lightning is running through the tail, changing it's colour slowly.
PersonalityIt’s often said that the kage from Kumogakure has two personalities. While one is only rarely seen because it only happens to him in battle, the other shows that it is there only slightly.
Personality in battle:
While inside of battle, his personality changes after the battle drag on for more than a few minutes. This is a slight effect from the more feral nature of sharing his soul with a demon. To tell that his personality is changing, the first stage will be his eyes. They turn into a bright glowing red when it switches over and his teeth become sharper. After this he will become more ruthless. His attacks will become more sadistic and rushed as his desire to kill his enemies grows. This is why he was once known as the demon of Kumogakure.
Personality during everything else:
The side of Kumori that everyone knew was completely different. He was a calm and intelligent guy. Unfortunately some of the demon-like actions of his battle half transfers over. He tends to have a glare that would scare those around him of a lower level. He tends to sometimes act in ways that are more logical rather than by his heart. He is not easily influenced so his helpers and the elders of the village don’t bother wasting words on him. And yet his actions always cause kumo to come to better than when they went in. In his quiet moments you can hear the soft melody coming from his office. As he plays his electric or bass guitar. The only way he can actually express himself is through his music and his lyrics. Beisdes that, he has trouble speaking through emotions instead of logic.

- In the time before birth
These lands were scarred. Battle has destroyed many parts, caused thousands of people to die trying to fight back against the source. But it was no use. at the beginning, the very beginning, these beasts made the lands... change. Their power spread and something unlocked within the people. They soon learned how to use this ability. In a short about of time the abilities were given names. And split into categories. These categories were Ninjutsu, the art of using regular and element based power. Genjutsu, the power over illusions. Fuuinjutsu, The sealing technique which would later help the world. And doujutsu, this one took time however. As it only became possible in a small number of people.
The beasts which attacked the lands were known as bijuus. There were nine of them. Nobody was sure how they came to be, but there were many theories. The small tribes of people started to fight back. None were strong enough to take on one of the nine demons alone. But some of them stood over the others. After a few years of the people learning and discovering the abilities, one of them developed a sealing technique which was strong enough to [I]Seal[/u] a demon.
So with this knowledge in hand, a small group went forward and tracked one of them down. It was a bloody fight. The one they were against happened to be the most powerful. It was the nine tails which was the most powerful of all the demons. It had spoken to the group that day, and it told the names of each bijuu. Soon after the sealing jutsu was performing in the heat of battle. He was sealed inside one of the others large blade. Immediately the blade cracked, but the seal held. The man who performed the jutsu became in a critical near-death state. It was the first time the people learned of the dangers of using these jutsus. The blade was later sealed in a mountain and guarded by some of the most powerful ninja.
As the years passed, the eight other demons were all sealed. They each got placed in sealed chambers as the years passed. Almost directly after the sealing of the last demon, the original person who created the sealing jutsu died. However he was hailed as a hero. In the years that passed, nations were soon formed. They were split into 5 large nations. Konoha, Kumogakure, Kirigakure, Iwagakure, and Sunagakure. Named for the five elements discovered to be chakra types.
~Ten years before story beginning~
Thousands of years went by and the people who learn to use their chakra are now called ninja. The five nations warred against each other many times when the sensitive treaties were broken. But one thing remained the same. The weapons that held the nine demons were guarded by every nation. That is something they didn't risk. But what they didn't know, it that the weapons were each slowly breaking down. The only one unaffected was the large blade holding the nine tailed kyuubi.
Than it happened. The seals on the first three weapons finally broke releasing the two, thee, and five tailed demons. They caused chaos. They went and destroyed everything they could. This continued and slowly the rest of the weapons except one broke and released the demons. The seven released demons fought and roamed the lands freely. However one of them relaxed and wandered without causing much destruction. He knew how long they had been locked up, but was also intrigued. These humans had learned to access their abilities in a way that was beyond belief.
The calmest one, unlike his elemental nature of lightning, was Raijuu. Being stronger than half of the other bijuus, and weaker than the other half, he was able to wander freely while the humans struggled with making the chaos stop. He learned much, and gained wisdom that only one other demon had. That one other was the most powerful, kyuubi. Within months of escaping he began to learn how to talk. He made himself smaller, capable only because of his power of lightning. This made him able to wander quieter. However when spotted, he was attacked relentlessly. But he was faster than the rest of the demons. So he managed to escape quickly.
~eight years before the start of the story~
Raijuu learned that not all the humans were afraid of the demons. Some thought they were misunderstood. While this was not true for 8/9 of the demons, it was true for him. He learned to speak as the humans did, and he rarely got to use that skill. However while he was wandering the town of Kumogakure one day in his smaller form, he ran into a young boy. The boy was around the age of 13 or 14. Raijuu was stunned at how the humans treated one of their own kind. The other children picked on him and mocked him.
After a month of watching the boy, he decided it was safe to make an approach. So one day as the boy was walking down the road, he crawled out from behind a garbage can and walked over slowly. The young boy was startled, but he crouched down and petted Raijuu. Shortly after the boy let Raijuu crawl over his shoulder and took him to his house. They soon became the best of friends. However Raijuu had yet to actually speak to him. He wasn’t sure when the best time to do it would be.
After a few months of them together and many days of them walking around kumo, Raijuu decided it was time. So he squeaked at his friend to get his attention one night. And with a very audible high, he spoke in a deep voice, a greeting. The boy was shocked, and almost ran out of the room, but was stopped by Raijuu yelling at him to sit back down. The trembling boy was trembling in fear. Not because of the tone of voice the little brown weasel, but because of the small lightning bolts visibly coming out of his tail. So that night they both talked. The boy calmed down and grew more comfortable as they talked and he realized the intelligence that the weasel had. And wasn’t as freaked out then he was told that he was the six tailed demon hidden in a normal form so he can live in peace.
~Five years before the start of the story~
In the last three years the boy had brown to be a confident young ninja. He was unique compared to all the other genin. The main point that helped him out was his loyal and extremely powerful pet. When in battle the two of them covered the battle field in lightning. It was an elegant sight. And it was discovered that the man had lightning as a main element. And he learned quickly. He was taught by Raijuu to harness his lightning jutsus to make them more powerful, and helped him learn new more powerful techniques.
When the chuunin exams came up, he and Raijuu started planning. It was almost the same every year. The written test the forest of death, and than the one on one battles. All hosted in Konoha. While in the academy he was the average student, he grew to be one of the most powerful genin in their year. His teammates loved having the pair with them, and they especially loved the usefulness of having a chakra-capable animal that can use lightning. None of them even considered the possibility of it being the one bijuu neither seen nor heard from in more than Five years.
The first test of the chuunin exam was easy enough. Having Raijuu was a gig help. The weasel chilled on his shoulder like any good pet and watched everyone. Once Raijuu caught sight of somebody who knew all the answers, Raijuu simply whispered it into his ear. Of course none of the other shinobi in the room even suspected that the strange powerful animal could talk. So he as well as everyone else on his team managed to pass without a hitch.
The next test was the forest of death. This one was strange. Each team was given a type of scroll, earth or sky. Nobody knew witch team at which type, but it was obvious of one thing. There were four ninja nobody wanted to run into. That was the duel swordsman, he was extremely fast. The next was an uchiha. Even at only genin rank he had the skill of a jounin in his Genjutsu. The third was a mystery. But it was said he was a summoner. He was feared because he simply looked like death. And the forth was the tall man and his weasel. The pair was known for moving in extremely tactical attack patterns and often lightning could be heard miles around. And those two looked the most bored of them all. This simple fact caused worry in them all.
Individual teams each went to a gate circling the forest. The eighteen teams involved were all silently making plans amongst themselves. This was going to be the most interesting genin exam the countries have seen in a long time. Just before the exam was called to start, dark clouds formed above the forest. Little did anyone know besides team three what the cause for the sudden change in weather was. It was Raijuu, his tail sparked wildly as the huge lightning clouds came to formation and that first powerful bolt hit somewhere in the forest and caused the ground to shake.
And so it began. The signal was given and everyone took off. However Within minutes one of the teams managed to get a scroll. So the man and his pet sped ahead, every leap causing it to sound like a lightning clap in the dark forest. All around people each how fast they were, multiple ninja looked up to see no lightning. However this is where they knew the rumours were true... He was coming.
Like a bolt of lightning they traveled quickly, the rest of their team barely able to keep up to the lightning clad figure. It was a stunning sight. However just as his team lost sight of him, there was a lightning bolt right where he vanished. Than a scream. When they caught sight of him again, two other genin were knocked out and the third had a lightning covered kunai near his neck. It’s electricity occasionally jumped and connected with the genins neck, causing him to wince in pain.
By luck the team that was attacked had the scroll the group needed to get into the central building. Or was it the Cunning enhanced senses of a demon? Either way the team made it to the central building as the second successful team. The others were in the large forest fighting each other and hunting down the scrolls. The fights went on for the next day and a half. But eventually a total of nine squads were left in the standings.
The rest of the genin exams passed quickly. The man and Raijuu demolished the competition and became a chuunin. The team went back home proudly and rested up. He was the only one on his team to become a chuunin.
~2 years before birth~
The last three years were rather uneventful. The man became a jounin a year after he became chuunin. He is now about 20 years old. And he was in love. His friend from the academy and him have spent lots of time together as they both went on a lot of missions as jounin together. It blossomed slowly. Raijuu was his loyal friend. The woman knew about Raijuu, she understood completely the bonds of friendship in two people no matter what. And she agreed Raijuu was rather intelligent. The three of them were inseparable.
One day while they were relaxing in Kumogakure, they got called to the Raikage’s office. What they assumed was a mission, was not. What they had forgotten about sense years earlier, was that the academy was only days away from graduating another group of ninjas. When they arrived, the kage asked the two of them to be special instructors for two of the groups. The two teams each featured only shinobi of one element per group. The males group was full of lightning users, and the females were filled with water users.
When the day came, the two groups joined together and the male and female did a joint training exercise to test teamwork. The test objective was to evade the two jounin and reach the target area. Needless to say the two jounin worked together perfectly as well as the powerful weasel. While only two of the genin managed to reach it, all of them barely passed. So the teams formed and often went together on missions.
~8 months before birth~
The news came rather quickly. The female and male were going to be parents. The kage reassigned the two squad’s new jounin instructors. And the time of pregnancy began. They were excited to be new parents. Many people in the village bought them gifts as the months went on. And even the Raikage himself gave them a gift. The two of them were extremely proud of themselves.
However in the middle of the night as the months passed, Raijuu did something in secret. He slowly gave the child some of his chakra. Little did Raijuu know this would do something none of them expect. However Raijuu did know this; the child would have a massive affinity to lightning. And as the months went on the mothers stomach became larger and she was having random fits. Little did anyone know, the effect of Raijuu giving the child chakra some nights was causing the kid to create small electric pulses to shoot through the mother and make her hormones go crazy.
Less than a month before childbirth they started thinking of names. The medical Ninjutsu told them it was most likely a male. So they came up with a name for the child. Kumori was to be his name. Raijuu was to be his ally when he goes into the academy. And he will become the Raikage one day. They could see how successful he would be.
Then the day came. First thing in the morning the man woke up to her screaming. Immediately he called the medical ninja who came and transported her to the hospital. Him and Raijuu helped her, and supported her. Within a few hours the baby was born.. but there was a severe problem.Early life
As Kumori was born, the chakra Raijuu pumped into him for months were immense. The sensors around the village could feel the massive amount of chakra within the newborn child. It was surprising. But being a newborn he couldn’t control it. And the mother was being shocked to death from the lightning. The father cried over this, and Raijuu took it hardest of all as it was his fault. Unfortunately even though the child had a massive chakra reserve from birth, it was drained fast as the child couldn’t control it. Finally to save the child, the father turned to a guilt stricken Raijuu.
After a small talk, Raijuu agreed to get sealed inside the child to provide protection. Unfortunately the only sealing techniques strong enough to seal a demon kill its user. So the mother was taken from the room, extremely weak. While performing the jutsu Raijuu said his goodbyes to his old friend. Within a few minutes the jutsu was completed. And with a goodbye, Raijuu was sealed within the weak child. But something happened that nobody thought would.
With the fathers last breath and sight, he witnessed the child grow a tail and small ears on top of his head. His normal human ears no longer there. With that in mind his father died. The baby was left with a wounded mother and a demon inside of him. Little did he know that his child’s soul and the demon Raijuu’s became one at the time of sealing. This had never happened and it was due to the insane amount of chakra Raijuu poured into the child as time passed on.
The child Kumori grew up within months was able to speak. His increased mental and physical development gave him the capability to walk and talk within mere months of being born. Of course his mother lived after the birth. But she never looked at her child the same as she would have if not for her husband’s death. She also missed the small talking weasel who was with her husband and her for all those years.
When Kumori was two years old he was tired of all the neglect from his mother. Sadly Kumori had been having trouble controlling the power he had as a jinchuriki. After a rather stressful afternoon for the child, he snapped. The child’s tail turned a furious yellow with only it’s tip still black. His entire body became coated in a sickly black lightning while his eyes turned red. And unfortunately, the two year old only had one target in sight. His own mother.
That night there was a blood thirsty scream and what sounded like a clap of lightning. After that, silence. Within minute’s shinobi from around the village appeared at their doorstep. When they opened it, they found a grisly sight. The room was covered in black streaks of burned wood and wall materials, along with blood along an entire wall. His mother’s body was literally torn to shreds.
The shinobi brought the child to the hospital to check his condition. He was completely fine but passed out from the force of using Raijuu. His skin was slightly damaged from the power their chakra combined into the powerful black lightning only his mother witnessed. It would have been a sight to behold...
Two years later the child is now four. He had spent the last two years in custody of extremely powerful shinobi. In those two years he learned to talk to the consciousness of Raijuu. Though their souls were merged, their minds were still separate. So he often talked to Raijuu about his past and how it all happened for Raijuu to gain such kindness for a demon. Slowly Kumori learned of his real father and how powerful of a lightning user he was. And with Raijuu by his side they were unstoppable. Kumori wanted to know of this. He wanted to speak to his father again. But that was impossible as his father is dead. Nothing was going to stop him from following his father’s footsteps though. And nothing would get in his way.
It was around this time that his second personality started to form. All of the hatred inside him grew into a separate entity, which took form as a personality which came out only in combat. This wouldn’t be seen fully for some time. However glimpses of it showed when he started to train sword skills. The shinobi who housed him helped train him. It was around this time that they made a decision to ask him about entering the academy when the year began.
When they asked him about the academy, he chose to go. He would be the youngest ever genin if he made it through. So the two went to the Raikage and asked him about allowing the child in. When he agreed they rushed back with the news. The next two months they helped him begin basic trainng. However with his chakra control and amount of chakra, he was already at the capabilities of jounin. Without the skills and jutsu knowledge of course. This almost scared them. They didn’t know about Raijuu. Nobody except the few medical ninjas in the room when he was sealed and the raikage knew about him.Academy
The day for him to enter the academy came up and it was horrible for the young child. He was only four years old, with the intelligence level higher than most of those in that classroom. As he walked in there were whispers. He figure he know what it was about. He was far too young to be in the academy. So they though. They didn’t speak to him and barely looked at him. They probably also figured he would be the weakest in the class. How wrong they would be...
The first month was simple lectures. He spent the time mainly doodling as he already read the textbooks they were given. Chakra formations, hand seals, jutsu types, chakra elemental types... All of it was so simple. He aced his written tests without a problem. Nobody knew this of course. But when they say the final grades for that section, and he was at the top, they began to resent him. He only smiled at them and went back to his seat.
The next few months they practiced using kunai and other projectiles. Again he managed to come out at the top. He hit his mark dead centre every time. And in kunai versus kunai matches, he was faster, lighter on his feet, and more skilled. Slowly the other students grew angrier. Each day that passed they glared more. Some just accepted that some people are more naturally attuned to the ninja arts, but others hate them for it.
In the final months of the academy they began to learn Ninjutsu. Yet again during this time Kumori got the skills much faster and more accurate. To them this was the final straw. A small group of them started to think of a plan to teach him a lesson. While they did the finals approached. This year it would be a simple accuracy test with a kunai at a range of one hundred feet. Some failed, most passed. Only one made it dead centre though. That one was of course Kumori.
On his way back to the classroom with his new headband, the group of four jumped him. With a sigh he followed them into the bathroom where they wanted to ‘teach him a lesson’. Before they attempted to get physical they insulted him. They mentioned how he was an abomination. He was a freak with his tail and ears. But what made him snap was when they mentioned his real parents. He knew what Raijuu told him about them. And so something snapped in him. Hit body became shrouded in black lightning, the ground becoming singed from the heat off the lightning bolts. And his eyes turned red.
The rest was a blur. What nobody realized was that these episodes weren’t Kumori at all. It was the demon inside, protecting the name of his old friends. When Kumori awoke he was in the hospital. Nobody was nearby him at all. But the memories came back to him this time. But it wasn’t him inside his body, he was watching it. It was nothing but carnage. The attacks done by ‘him’ were lightning fast. Each strike sounded like a lightning clap. And the blood which spread across the bathroom in mere moments was just devastating. For Kumori, he couldn’t process it. The dismemberment of limbs, scratches and lightning strikes so powerful their skin explodes under its force. The four boys didn’t stand a chance against a demon controlled jinchuurki. It was their final mistake.
The higher ups were furious; they wanted to take the boy out. The four boy’s parents wanted the same thing. To them he didn’t deserve to live. But this stopped when the raikage told them it was a mistake. He lied and stated it was an infamous Genjutsu user that controlled the boy to do his bidding. At this they left Kumori alone. And after being talked to by the raikage, he went on as the youngest ever genin.Genin to chuunin
Life as a genin so far was simple. However it was time for him to get his squad. Being five years old he was the youngest genin. But nobody dared to challenge his skill anymore after what he did to the four who jumped him. His new team seemed both uncomfortable, and worried. They didn’t like having such a young kid on their team. But they knew he graduated from the academy with top grades. So they didn’t argue.
A couple months passed and it was again time for the chuunin exams. This year would be the same as others. Except This year was only the one on one fights. Over the past couple months Kumori had been learning lightning jutsus from his instructor. He took to it naturally. He also learned how to force chakra into his sword, making every strike filled with lightning. This gave Kumori an edge over the competition.
Finally the day came and the battles went pretty slowly. A few of them pitted somebody weak against somebody strong and it barely lasted more than a couple minutes. When he was called, he was against a genin almost three times his age but according to intelligence given he only got mid-grades in kirigakure’s academy. However by chance he was another kenjutsu fighter. This should be a piece of cake.
When the fight was called to begin, Kumori didn’t wait. He bolted towards his enemy, much to the other genins surprise. He was barely able to keep up as their swords clashed. Kumori slid under the older genin and sliced his leg open. The other genin yelled in pain but didn’t get distracted. Again their swords clashed multiple times, sparks flying. However Kumori grinned as he stared the other grnin in the face.
Pulling away momentarily, kumori’s blade began to glow a light black and lightning began to shoot off the blade slightly. It was an awesome sight to the spectators; however his opponent wasn’t so optimistic. And just before Kumori bolted, his eyes changed to a blood red which sent a cold wave down the other genins body. It was then that he threw his blade down and gave into defeat. Kumori almost didn’t stop. But he got forced back and calmed down. That’s when the higher ups knew for sure that he had a second personality in battle.
Kumori spent the next few years as a chuunin. He had become the youngest ever chuunin. However now he was nine years old. The missions he went on were boring, his squad still had a genin but two of them were chuunin. This wasn’t going to last long. As for four years he had been training himself vigorously. He had learned many new powerful jutsus that put other chuunin to shame. He had also spent a year on a mountain with a jounin from the village. During this time he was trained with his sword skills. He figured he could soon become legendary with kenjutsu.
On his tenth birthday he went on a mission from the kage himself. Upon a successful return he was given the rank of jounin. And with that rank given he left his squad. They bid him farewell and he went on his own.Jounin to kage
Another five years passed and Kumori had gotten closer to the kage himself. He went on all the missions that the raikage didn’t trust to randomly hand out to the ninja he didn’t think were capable of handling them. He was the kages unofficial right hand of death. And he showed it.
In recent times he had been wearing a suit. It was comfortable and he moved easier than most in it. It long hack hair and dark eyes gave him an uncaring look. It was almost scary for him to look at you in the eyes. His shoes were specially made to be tougher and more durable than even most boots. While staying light and giving him the capability to walk completely silently. He was a well dressed demon.
On his back he held something he had made only a year earlier. It was a holder carrying six blades. At it’s center was the large centre blade. It is in its closed state when not in battle, which snaps open at kumori’s chakra flow. The second blade is a hollow blade that can be mainly used for stealth type attacks and the first attachment in the fully formed tsurugi. The next piece is one he calls the back blades. It features one straight edge and one saw-toothed edge. It attached to the blade on the other end linked to the hollow blade. The last piece is the duel dagger-like swords which attach near the hilt. This blade was crafted with the help of some of the greatest blacksmiths. It was made to Focus kumori’s chakra into it for greater amplification of his lightning.
At only fifteen years old he became known as a legendary swordsman. His sword techniques were unmatched in the entire world. This is why he was so respected by everyone. This would ultimately help Kumori. In good ways and bad. But he would still not expect it to come for him. It was going to shatter his world yet again.
One day in the young sixteen year olds life he woke up to a distress signal. The news spread quickly and the entire village was shaken. The raikage had been killed by a missing ninja in an attempt to find the jinchuuriki that lived inside of kumogakure’s walls. In the fight he had been severely injured, and could not get away. It was not long after he had been elected as the new Raikage.
Years passed since that night and he had become well known as a great kage. He was young, but trusted. The city had gone through many troubles but was led around them and each was brought to either a peaceful or bloody ending. Most of the time it was a mixture of both. But he would be a great kage in the future.

That night was a unique night for Kumori. For the first time in years, it had snowed heavily. Even though it wasn't very cold, you could still feel the bite. Luckily kumori's black outfit kept him warm in any weather. So he jumped out his window when it was late enough. But this was not a good idea. As soon as his feet connected with the snowy rooftop across from his window, he slipped. With a gasp he flipped backwards off the side of the second story rooftop. As a ninja, it wasn't hard to correct himself. and he landed silently on the ground of the darkalley. silently he chuckled to himself 'That was close.. I need a winter version of my clothes...' So with that mental note he creeper to the end of the alleyway and checked for civilians.
When he confirmed the coast was clear he stepped onto the street and smiled under his mask. It was so calm, so quiet, and the sky was clear, showing the stars in the sky. He had aweakness for such quiet nights. Than an idea stuck him. The woods were a great place to hang out during these nights. so he quietly made a U-turn and made his way there. Kumogakure was a rather large town so it took a little longer to get close to the edge of the town. As he went to turn a corner, he got a strange feeling in his gut. He never went against it. So he stopped, knelt down to the ground, and peeked around the corner slightly...
As he suspected, there was an unfamiliar looking girl walking down the road. While she looked rather innocent, there was something off about her. To be more specific, there was somethingDangerous about her. Kumori couldn't help but grin. Backing away from the corner he put his hand on his sword hilt. Time to have a little fun. So running silently to the nearest alley, he climbed the side of a building. Quickly reaching the rooftop. After backtracking way out of view, he circled around and ended up on the rooftops behind her. Only barely looking over the edge so he could move out of view before being spotted.

Chidori is Kakashi's first original technique, though he now uses an S-ranked version known as the Lightning Blade. He created it around the time he was promoted to Jonin, and later taught it to Sasuke.

A variation on a regular Chidori developed by Sasuke Uchiha during his two-and-a-half year training with Orochimaru, this jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from his body, instead of concentrating it in his hand. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead only paralyzing its victims. By sending the current into the ground Sasuke can stun opponents from a distance. Sasuke can also channel the electricity through metallic weapons like his Kusanagi sword, increasing their cutting power, as well as making body parts numb by cutting them.

Name: Chidori Senbon ( meaning "One Thousand Birds Senbon")

Sasuke reshapes the Chidori in his hand into the form of countless senbon. It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Chidori Senbon can become even more effective by using it together with the Sharingan, allowing one to precisely shoot for the enemy's vital points.

Sasuke increases the range of his Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. However, each of these additional blades is proportionally weaker than a single focused Chidori. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb any target it hits.

Name: Kirin
Type: S-rank, Offensive, Long Range (10m+)
Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot lightning technique that strikes in the blink of an eye. The user draws lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his or her strike, and controls it with chakra. Because the technique uses natural lightning as opposed to elemental chakra, its power easily outmatches all other Lightning Releases. However, the extreme preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency. This technique in the absence of active thunder clouds requires Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique or other such techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions to initiate it.
To initiate a lightning storm, and then to take control of lightning in order to guide it to a target while using the shape manipulation shown above, drained even Sasuke of most of his chakra. In addition, usage seems to destroy the thunder clouds as the sky cleared up of clouds after use. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. However, natural lightning can reach a temperature of 30,000 °C, so that even if it misses the target, the sizable blast will likely eliminate the enemy. Itachi withstood this technique by using Susanoo.

Name: Kusanagi Sword: Chidori Katana (meaning "Kusanagi Sword: One Thousand Birds Katana

Sasuke flows his Chidori Current through a katana in a manner similar to the Flying Swallow technique. The radiating and chirping blade can easily cut through steel. Furthermore, the body of the person cut by the sword goes numb, taking away their freedom of movement.

Name: Summoning: Lightning Blade Creation
Type: B-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m)
This is a kind of "ninja tool summon" that, by sealing ninja tools like swords or kunai into, for instance, a scroll or one's clothes beforehand, allows them to be called upon when needed. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between "taking out" a ninja tool, taking the right "stance" and actually "throwing" it is greatly reduced. The ninja tools are thrown with the actual speed of a "flash of lightning," ruining the opponent's outset of the battle, and snatching away the initiative. Furthermore, because the summonable ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics.
Name: Ninja Art: Thunder Armor

By combining his twin swords at their hilts and rotating them, Raiga can use this jutsu to surround himself with electricity. The intense electric field protects him by electrocuting anyone who makes contact with it, but only works for one attack. This armor seems very strong as it is capable of standing up to Rock Lee's Drunken Fist.

Name: Lightning Destruction

Hand Seals: Ox, Rabbit, Ram, Dog, Monkey
The user places his hands to the ground after converting their chakra to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of lightning that cuts through the ground towards the target. The shape of the bolt is a triangular figure with the base in front of the user and the tip headed towards the opponent. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates with enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.
Name: Lightning Hound
Type: Unknown rank, Offensive, All ranges
By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to can create the form of a hound. The hound-shape remains connected to the user's hand with a bolt of lightning, allowing them to control it during its attack. Being a Lightning Release ninjutsu, it requires a large amount of chakra from the user to maintain and thus is a risk to use with a low chakra supply.

Name: Lightning Release: Shadow Clone

This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.

This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.

This technique lets the user summon lightning from the sky to their hand and then shoot it at their opponent.
Name: Lightning Style: Lightning Bind
Type: Unknown rank, Defensive, Supplementary, Short to mid range (0-10m)
Hand Seals: Ox, Horse, Dragon
This technique lets the user create a three sided wall of electricity to bind their opponent. The user must have three conductors to stick in the ground to create the points. Furthermore, once the enemy is inside, if they come into contact with the wall they will be electrocuted. The only way the jutsu can be broken is if an outside party were to strike one of the wall with a strong enough attack, which will then deactivate the other walls.

Four giant pillars are summoned or created, whence then shoot bolts of lightning, binding the target in place and possible doing damage to them.

Giant Vortex Jutsu is quite a deadly attack using the water element. After completing a long series of hand seals, a cyclical spiral of water will emit from the user, which will eventually lead to a downpour of water at an opponent. This jutsu covers a large surface area, so the target and the target's surroundings will surely be engulfed in the waves of water.

Description: Suiton • Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface, and it will become difficult to maneuver. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet BEFORE touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows the user or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.
*Note: An opponent must use an action to dodge this technique as with any other jutsu, based upon RP, speed, and judge discretion.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited, however. It cannot travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert back into its natural water state.
*Note: The maximum amount of clones that can be created is 2, each with their own action per turn. The clones cannot use jutsu over C Rank but can perform most other actions. The user’s abilities may be reduced while the clones are in play by the judge’s discretion. Only takes one action to summon clones.

Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique

Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals, which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison that only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a Bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target with the use of the clone so long as it can use such jutsu.
*Note: In one on one battle, this technique may not be used to capture the main opponent due to the nature of its effect in battle. Bunshin, Puppets, others may be captured if applicable.

Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
Weakness:
Note that one would still have to be able to detect the Genjutsu in the first place, and that it only stops the effects of the Genjutsu, not the whole Genjutsu itself...

Description: Using five of his blades, Kumori throws them in a pentagon (5 corner) shape. After performing the correct handseals, a huge lightning barrier forms. Or use earth-type jutsu to escape underground.
